Not Able to Customize Session/Waiting for Support from Seller

At first try, this app is not allowing me to customize a session, which is the reason I purchased the app. The graphics are rudimentary, and the computer-generated instructors voice is weird. I cannot recommend this app at this time. However, if they return my email to support and illuminate for me how to customize a yoga session, it could be great (if it does what it promises it would do!).
